The Opportunity

We are partnering with a range of growing and well-established recruitment businesses across the North West who are looking to hire 360 Recruitment Consultants at all levels. Whether you are an experienced biller or at an earlier stage in your recruitment career, these opportunities offer the chance to join high-performing teams with strong client bases and clearly defined progression pathways.

This is a full 360 role, giving you ownership of your desk and the autonomy to develop your market across a variety of specialist sectors including construction, engineering, manufacturing, technical, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement

- Build, maintain, and develop long-term client relationships

- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within your specialist market

- Source, screen, and interview candidates across blue and/or white-collar roles

- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates

- Work towards and exceed individual revenue and activity targets

About You

- Previous experience in recruitment (all levels considered) OR a strong background in sales/business development

- Demonstrated ability, or a strong desire, to win new business and build client relationships

- Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented mindset

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

- Experience within construction, engineering, technology, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous but not essential
