Location: Watford

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission +Bonuses + Profit Sharing

The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Recruiter to join their head office in Watford. This is a high-impact role suited to a strong billing recruiter, with a proven track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships.

You will take full ownership of your division, developing and scaling your market presence across your specialist market(s). We have a key interest in speaking experience recruiters who focus on:

  • Industrial

  • Maintenance

  • Facilities Management

  • Hospitality

  • Logistics

  • Driving

  • Production & Manufacturing

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle

  • Driving new business development and securing key accounts

  • Building and leading your own division/team

  • Developing long-term client relationships across the UK

  • Identifying market opportunities and scaling your vertical

  • Working collaboratively with high-performing recruiters

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

  • Strong billing history and reputation for winning new business

  • Background in Driving, Industrial, FM, Logistics, or related sectors

  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capability

  • Desire to build and grow a high-performing division
