We’re working with an ambitious and growing business in the construction space to recruit a hands-on Business Development Manager to support their Commercial Director.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on winning new business, developing accounts, and operating at pace in a commercial environment.
With 80% of the company’s business based in the US, this opportunity offers regular international exposure and the chance to build relationships on a global scale.
The Role:
Drive new business development across construction and building envelope sectors
Identify, engage, and convert new client opportunities
Grow and manage existing accounts in line with company and personal billing targets
Work closely with the Business Support team to deliver commercial solutions
Take a proactive, hands-on approach to lead generation and deal conversion
Travel to the US as required to develop key client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role
Background in construction, technical, or engineering sectors (highly desirable)
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of winning new business
Self-sufficient, driven, and comfortable working in a target-led environment
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (primarily US)
