About the Role: Our client is looking to hire talented 360 recruiters to join their team, specialising in Legal, & IT recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full 360 recruitment process: business development, client management, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in Legal and IT sectors.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within your specialism.
· Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in Legal, IT (Systems), or Finance.
· Strong track record of successful placements and client management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Based in or willing to work from Preston or Manchester.
