The Role

We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the European contract recruitment market, with a particular focus on Data Centres and Life Sciences. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring contractor satisfaction, and driving the delivery of best-in-class recruitment solutions across the EU region.

You’ll work closely with consultants and clients to ensure smooth contract management, compliance, and business growth, while playing a key role in expanding the company’s European presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee contract recruitment processes across the EU market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

  • Ensure all placements meet compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with 360 consultants to deliver an exceptional contractor experience.

  • Drive growth within the European contract market, focusing on Data Centres and Life Sciences.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients on all contract-related matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing contract recruitment (any sector, STEM markets advantageous).

  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulations in the EU contractor market.

  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and contractors.

  • Flexible to travel occasionally within Europe if required.

  • Ability to commute to Coulsdon South (within 30–45 minutes ideally; direct train from Liverpool Street also works).
