The Role
We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the European contract recruitment market, with a particular focus on Data Centres and Life Sciences. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring contractor satisfaction, and driving the delivery of best-in-class recruitment solutions across the EU region.
You’ll work closely with consultants and clients to ensure smooth contract management, compliance, and business growth, while playing a key role in expanding the company’s European presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee contract recruitment processes across the EU market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Ensure all placements meet compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with 360 consultants to deliver an exceptional contractor experience.
Drive growth within the European contract market, focusing on Data Centres and Life Sciences.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients on all contract-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing contract recruitment (any sector, STEM markets advantageous).
Strong understanding of compliance and regulations in the EU contractor market.
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and contractors.
Flexible to travel occasionally within Europe if required.
Ability to commute to Coulsdon South (within 30–45 minutes ideally; direct train from Liverpool Street also works).
