Experience: Senior leadership, divisional director or equivalent
Salary: £55k - £70k PLUS uncapped commission up to 40%

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established recruitment business to appoint a Divisional Director to lead a new start-up desk focused on HR, Procurement, and other Professional Services disciplines.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a new, high-potential desk, take full ownership of strategy, and deliver substantial earnings through both base salary and uncapped commission.

The Role

  • Build and manage a new start-up desk across HR, Procurement, and Professional Services

  • Lead strategy for desk growth, client acquisition, and candidate sourcing

  • Own divisional targets and deliverables, ensuring high performance and revenue

  • Grow, develop and mentor a small team as the desk expands across the Northwest

  • Maintain strong client relationships, advisory services, and market insight

  • Manage CRM, pipelines, and recruitment processes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Divisional Director or senior recruiter with experience launching or leading a desk

  • Proven track record in recruitment within HR, Procurement, or Professional Services

  • Entrepreneurial, commercially focused, and autonomous

  • Skilled at building teams, mentoring, and scaling a new desk

  • Based in or commuting to Liverpool
