Location: Warrington (Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + £50,000 OTE

About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing client to recruit a Business Development Executive to support their commercial growth strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the front end of the sales cycle — engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings. Sitting just below the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in converting marketing-generated leads into new business opportunities.

You’ll work closely with marketing, recruiters, and delivery teams to ensure outreach is targeted, informed, and impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Management & Outreach

  • Following up on inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns

  • Monitoring engagement and prioritising high-potential prospects

  • Conducting outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify opportunities

  • Managing and updating all activity within the CRM system

Meeting Booking & Pipeline Development

  • Booking qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager

  • Building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospective clients

  • Preparing research and insight ahead of meetings

Market Insight & Collaboration

  • Working with internal teams to gather market intelligence, hiring trends, and industry insights

  • Supporting targeted, insight-led outreach campaigns

  • Sharing valuable intelligence to improve conversion rates

Performance & Reporting

  • Working towards KPIs including outreach activity, meetings booked, and contribution to revenue

  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on pipeline activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or recruitment

  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Commercially aware and interested in market trends

  • Comfortable working flexibly to engage with US and European markets

  • Experience using CRM or sales tools is advantageous
