About the Client:
Our client is a fast-growing recruitment business with established divisions in Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain, and Construction. They are building a dedicated resourcing team, so they now need Business Development-focused 180 Recruiters at both consultant and manager level.
Role Overview:
This is a pure business development role. As a 180 Recruiter, you will be responsible for winning new clients, developing relationships, and securing vacancies. Once jobs are brought in, you’ll work closely with the delivery team, who will manage candidate attraction and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive new business development across multiple sectors (open on background).
· Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
· Secure job briefs and pass them to the resourcing team for delivery.
· Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
· Hit and exceed revenue and BD targets.
· For Manager roles: lead and mentor a BD-focused team, driving strategy and results.
Candidate Profile:
· Proven experience as a recruiter with strong business development focus (180 or 360 background).
· Track record of winning and growing client accounts.
· Sector expertise welcome but not essential – open on sector.
· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
· Driven, ambitious, and target-oriented.
· For Manager roles: prior leadership/mentoring experience.
