Location: Chester & Liverpool (Hybrid)
Desk Type: Temporary – Part-Qualified / Junior Finance
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic + commission

The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of the same well-established recruitment business to hire an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant to take over and grow an established Part-Qualified / Junior level temporary desk covering Chester and Liverpool.

This is a strong opportunity to inherit a warm desk with existing client relationships and immediate billing potential, while having the autonomy and support to grow it further.

The Role
- Recruit Part-Qualified and junior Accountancy & Finance professionals on a temporary     basis
- Manage an existing desk covering Chester and Liverpool
- Inherit and grow a well-established client base
- Deliver end-to-end temp recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Develop new business within the region
- Manage compliance, placements, and contractor care

The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (Accountancy & Finance preferred)
- Experience recruiting Part-Qualified or junior finance candidates
- Strong temp desk management skills
- Commercially minded and delivery focused
- Based in or able to commute to Chester or Liverpool

Salary, Commission & Benefits
- £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
