360 Recruitment Consultant – Fashion & Retail

Working Model: 4 days office-based / 1 day WFH (Fridays)

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing, highly reputable recruitment business specialising in the fashion and retail sector. This organisation supplies talent to some of the biggest high-street names, luxury brands, and outlet villages across the UK.

This role is ideal for a driven, commercially minded recruiter with a passion for fashion, retail, beauty, or creative industries. Cross-sector candidates with strong transferable skills will also be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full 360 recruitment position encompassing:

Business Development

  • Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across fashion, retail, beauty, and creative sectors.

  • Targeting start-ups, established boutiques, and large retail brands to grow market presence.

  • Focusing on sectors that align with fashion, retail, beauty, and creative—such as charity, creative, legal, and secretarial functions.

    Candidate Management

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for permanent, contract, and temporary roles.

  • Managing the full candidate journey—from attraction through to placement.

  • Building talent pipelines and maintaining a strong database presence.

Account Management

  • Maintaining long-term relationships with key retail and fashion accounts.

  • Understanding client brand identity and culture to deliver high-quality, tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Ensuring repeat business and high client satisfaction through strong service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (ideally 1+ year).

  • A background in fashion, retail, beauty, or the wider creative industries is ideal.

  • Strong cross-sector applicants welcome if they demonstrate transferable commercial and recruitment skills.

  • Confident in business development and building new revenue streams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting into fashion/retail roles such as store management, merchandising, buying, head office, or creative positions.

  • A consultative, brand-focused approach to client management.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—candidates with experience in or exposure to start-up environments would be a strong fit.
