Overview:
Our client is a well-established education recruitment agency in Birmingham seeking an experienced 360 Education Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong biller looking to join a supportive, ambitious team with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the education sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and candidates

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking

  • Source, interview, and register high-quality teaching and support staff

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and vetting standards

  • Work towards monthly and quarterly targets with a focus on quality and service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within the education sector

  • Strong billing history and the ability to consistently hit targets

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of compliance within education recruitment (DBS, safeguarding, vetting)

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
