The Role

We are recruiting 360 Recruitment Consultants to join a well-established recruitment business supplying both Driving and Industrial clients.

This is a full 360 role, responsible for winning new business, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across temporary and permanent placements. You will have access to strong operational support, including account managers and an out-of-office delivery team, allowing you to focus on growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Proactively win new clients within the Driving and/or Industrial sector

  • Develop and grow A–Z client relationships

  • Negotiate terms of business and pricing

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Account Management

  • Manage and develop existing client accounts

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients

  • Ensure service levels, KPIs, and client satisfaction are consistently met

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand accounts

Recruitment Delivery

  • Source, screen, and place candidates across high-volume temporary and permanent roles

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to placement

  • Ensure full compliance with industry and company standards

Candidate Management

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

  • Manage candidate relationships, performance, and retention

  • Support worker engagement and attendance where required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (Driving or Industrial)

  • Strong background in new business development and/or billing

  • Knowledge of the UK driving or industrial recruitment market

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

  • Target-driven, commercially focused, and resilient

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    • 360 Recruitment Consultants

    • Dedicated out-of-office support team
