360 Recruitment Consultant / Construction Manchester
Location: Manchester Hybrid
Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission (20% of all billings)

About the Business
My client a relatively newly established recruitment business specialising in the construction sector, built with growth, performance, and high earnings in mind. We’re now looking for results-driven Recruitment Consultants who thrive in a fast-paced, contract-focused environment and want to be rewarded directly for what they bill.
The Role
This is a contract / temporary recruitment role, managing high-volume, fast-moving construction requirements. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, maintaining contractor pipelines, and delivering reliable labour solutions to clients.
This role suits a recruiter who enjoys pace, daily wins, strong margins, and consistent billing.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle
Business development to win new construction clients
Supplying temporary and contract labour across construction sites
Building and managing a strong contractor workforce
Conducting client meetings and site visits as required
Managing compliance, onboarding, and contractor care
Negotiating rates, margins, and contract terms
Working towards and exceeding weekly and monthly billing targets
Maintaining accurate CRM and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment is essential
Experience in construction recruitment is advantageous but not essential
Background in contract / temp recruitment preferred
Strong sales drive and commercial awareness
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple live requirements
Self-motivated and comfortable in a growing, performance-led business
Ideally hold a full UK driving licence (client and site visits required)
