Salary: Competitive base salary + monthly bonus & uncapped commission
The Opportunity
Our client, a respected and established recruitment business with a strong presence across Scotland, is looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join their high-performing teams in Glasgow. Specialising in Industrial and Construction recruitment, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a busy desk, grow client relationships, and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from client acquisition through to candidate placement.
Proactively build and develop new and existing client accounts within the industrial and/or construction sectors.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
Negotiate fees, contracts, and terms of business with commercial awareness.
Consistently achieve agreed revenue targets and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
About You
Proven success in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within the industrial or construction sectors.
Strong business development skills with a track record of growing client accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Driven, target-focused, and motivated by success.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
