Salary: Up to £35K

My client has been established more than 40 years. Their reputation in the white collar construction recruitment industry is excellent and there name is synonymous both in the UK and Internationally. Theyprovide a traditional high end service to a broad cross section of discerning UK and International Clients.
They are building on our success by inviting an experienced and seasoned Recruiter from the Construction Industry to join there team in St Albans.
Key Responsibilities
My client is for someone to help grow there International or UK Recruitment Division (whether it is Permanent, Freelance, Housing, M&E, PM/CM, HSE etc.).
You will be given a great deal of autonomy and freedom, and will be expected to be a pro-active member of the team, generate new initiatives, ideas and clients.
You must be an enthusiastic and robust all round recruiter, capable of leading by inspiration, personal ability and by example. You will have a good eye for detail, process and structure and will be logical.
You will need:
A strong pre-existing network within the construction/engineering/oil & gas industry.
Have experience in Candidate & Client generation.
Previous experience working a 360 consultant role, encompassing the full life cycle of recruitment.
