Experienced 360 Recruiter – Manufacturing & Engineering

Location: Altrincham

Salary: Upto £42k & Commission paid upto 30%

Are you an experienced 360 recruiter with a strong track record in the UK Manufacturing & Engineering sector? We are seeking ambitious recruitment professionals who are self-sufficient, commercially driven, and accustomed to working with a range of engineering disciplines.

The Role:

You will be responsible for building and managing your own desk within the Manufacturing and Engineering markets, recruiting into roles typically paying £40,000 – £60,000. This includes positions such as:

• Maintenance Engineers

• Electrical Engineers

• Process Engineers

• Mechanical Engineers

• Project Engineers

As a full 360 recruiter, you will handle the entire recruitment cycle, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. A strong client following and demonstrable success in this market is essential.

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within the UK Manufacturing/Engineering sector.

• Ability to successfully place mid-to-senior level engineering professionals.

• A strong client network and established relationships within the industry.

• Commercial acumen and self-sufficient approach to managing your own desk.

• Drive, ambition, and a track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
