Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager from the recruitment sector to drive growth across the UK and Europe. The role will focus on winning and expanding PSL, MSP, and RPO recruitment solutions.

Key Requirements

· Must have recruitment experience (agency, MSP, or RPO).

· Proven track record in business development within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Scientific recruitment.

· Experience winning and managing PSL/MSP/RPO accounts.

· Knowledge of continental European markets highly desirable.

· Ambitious, target-driven, and commercially astute.
