I'm currently looking for a Trades & Labour Recruiter (experienced or entry-level as long as there is some knowledge of Construction) for my client based in Ealing. My client is a very well-established company within the Recruitment industry, with multiple awards won and a national presence within the market. On offer is plenty of scope for progression as this opportunity is for a recently opened branch alongside a very competitive commission structure which includes no threshold for 6 months.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have previous recruitment experience within Trades & Labour or have sound knowledge of Construction if entry-level.
- Be money hungry and driven.
- Be able to build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Have a confident telephone manner and be personable.
