I am recruiting for an IT Recruitment Consultant to work for an excellent company located in Preston.

The role:

- Cold calling B2B.

- Sourcing candidates specific to your client’s requirements.

- Assessing the suitability of candidates by conducting thorough telephone interviews.

- Selling prospective candidates to your client.

- Arranging interviews and negotiating offers.

- Managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process.

What we are looking for:

-  Have experience working in a sales role and have proven sales ability.

- Experience working within recruitment is highly desirable.

- Confident and proactive nature.

- Competitive.

- Drive and ambition to be the best.

- Resilience.

- Strong organisation skills.
