Our client is a blue chip plant hire company & one of the biggest plant hire companies in the UK of operated and self drive plant hire.
We are looking for a resourcer/recruiter to work at their Manchester office.
Your typical working day will consist of the following
- Source and select candidates within the plant hire industry
- Network and advertise for potential candidates to operate plant machine
- Identify skills to match appropriately with machine hires
- Negotiate pay rates with new operators
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
- You'll be liaising with a whole range of plant operators, getting as much information as possible to match the correct operator to the correct machine, checking reference on operators.
- You will be recruiting within their industry, where you will specialise in recruiting for plant operators.
