What is recruitment?

At times it could be that you need to approach a candidate who is not expressing interest in moving roles and attempting to demonstrate to them that you have found their perfect role within a company they may not be aware exists. In addition to this, you will use your people and social skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with the clients and candidates you are working on behalf of, because of this the feeling you get when you have placed a candidate in their ideal role in a company you know they will thrive in is overwhelming.
