Industrial Branch Manager  

Up to £35,000 Basic (Dependent upon experience) plus Car Allowance & Bonus & Benefits

My client one of the UK's leading and largest well known Recruitment Consultancies are looking to recruit a talented team manager/branch manager for their Wigan branch.

They currently have an exciting opportunity to join the flagship branch predominately focusing upon the temporary industrial market within the local and surrounding area, you will be involved with managing a team of recruiters, developing the brand within the local area, and maximising profitability of the branch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To maximise the branches sales and performance
• To continue to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and ensure that strategy is set and realised by the team
• To motivate, coach, develop and monitor the performance and skills of all branch staff, ensuring their maximum contribution to the success of the branch
• To ensure that all the members of the branch provide the highest standard of professionalism to clients and candidates
• To actively seek ways to develop, learn and implement best practice processes and procedures to continually improve the performance of the branch and the group
• Recruit, retain and develop quality staff within the business unit

Background requirements:

• Previous experience of managing / coaching a team of recruiters is essential, preferably within the Wigan/Warrington industrial recruitment market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent networking and influencing skills
